Customers have 24 hours to give any new updates to the order from changing the size, quantity, color, shipping address, or request to cancel the order.
After 24 hours, we cannot accept the above requirements because the order has gone into production.

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Our shipping method is currently available is Yun Express, DHL Global Mail. Packages from our warehouse in the US will be shipped by USPS, or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

You will be able to track your order at all times until it arrives at your doorstep. Please bear in mind that sometimes we will not provide you with a tracking number. However, you can track your order status through our website.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
